Software: means the Behavioural Cash Flow Management web client software known as CacheFlo Pro offered on the Site, which generates cash flow strategies for use by the User or by a User’s client.
User (variously, “you” or “your”): an individual who accesses and uses the Services including, but not limited to, financial advisors and their clients.
"CF" is a Canadian Financial Technology Company that specializes in Behavioural Cash Flow Technology for financial professionals. "CF" products include CacheFlo Pro, which includes a digital client intake form for financial institutions or professionals to allow customers or members to enter information so that the institution or professional can analyze the individual's situation and provide behaviour based cash flow management advice in person or through the tool supported by the tool.
"CF" uses a combination of math and behaviour to help financial professionals provide their clients with advice that they will actually follow and can reasonably keep up for life. "CF"’s specialized software allows financial professionals to incorporate Behavioural Cash Flow Management into their existing processes.
Users pledge that they will not participate in any form of action or conduct that may have a disruptive, destructive or negative impact on the Site, Software, Services or Users. This includes but is not limited to:
Furthermore, you agree not to scrape, or otherwise download in bulk, any Site content, including but not limited to a list or directory of users on the system, online material or information unless specifically authorized pursuant to the Services. To access and use the Services, you will need to register an account (“Account”). To open an Account, you will be required to submit your name and an active email. You may be asked for your credit card information depending on the level of service you wish to register for.
